Hello, Spiritual Biz Success people. How are you guys? Good morning or afternoon, depending on where you are. So today we’re talking about pricing. The big question – pricing, money, and spirituality, right? So we’re going to push some buttons, I think. So let’s talk about pricing. So how we ended up sitting here today together talking about money is because someone had asked the question about whether or not they should be posting their pricing on their website.

For those of you who have been through my Spiritual Biz Bootcamp or hear me speak, I actually teach to not put your pricing up on your website. Here’s some reasons why, and then we can discuss it. I recommend not putting your pricing on your website, and here’s why. It really depends on your price point, but if you’re working with me, my clients, I’m really teaching them how to show the value of what they do. So we’re looking at higher price points.

When you’re looking at a higher price point, if someone doesn’t understand the value, they will immediately walk away from it because they just don’t get it. If you think about it, everyone has a different idea of what’s expensive. So someone could say I’m expensive. That could be $100 for someone. That could be $1,000 for someone. That could be $10,000 for someone. We don’t know what someone’s perspective is on what expensive is.

So even if you’re posting your pricing and you’re $100 an hour or $200 an hour, someone is still going to look at that and be like, “Oh, that’s too expensive.” But see, the word “expensive” to me doesn’t make any sense because when we have something that we need, when there’s a real problem that you’re solving for your tribe, it really doesn’t matter how expensive something is.

If someone needs what you have, and I mean really needs what you have, then they’re going to figure out a way. Think of the last time you purchased something you were like, “Well, I really want that,” and you figured out a way to do it. So it makes the idea of money and expenses, it’s a little, I’m going to say, silly. It just really is.

We get these self-limiting beliefs about what other people can afford. If you guys watched my training, I say that what other people can afford has nothing to do with you and your pricing. And I say that because I’m talking about creating a business around what you do. And with that business, you then have created that financial abundance, that energy exchange, because that is a business with what you’re doing. Then, you choose to donate everything that you want to, if you want to do it that way. So your pricing is really, it is a personal choice. I recommend not putting it up there. If you do put it up there and it works for you, great.

But here are some self-limiting beliefs that I saw pop up in the conversation, which is why I started this live chat with you guys. Someone posted that they wouldn’t contact someone if they didn’t have pricing up. To me, that’s a very big limiting belief. Why would you prevent yourself from obtaining something that you need or working with someone who could potentially change your life just because there’s no pricing? That seems like kind of a silly, limiting belief or a silly thing to do because you’re now limiting your contact with people because they don’t have their pricing posted.

So I’m going to say this: if someone decides to not post their pricing and you’re worried about people potentially not contacting you because your pricing is not out there, you probably don’t want to be working with those people anyway. That would be my first guess. So you just have to go with what feels right for you.

If you are at a lower price point and you want to put it up there, fine. What happens is that we’re putting our pricing up on our website, and no one is coming up on your website and saying, “Oh, I’m going to work with them” and clicking Buy Now. That’s such a rare thing because the idea is you need to be able to build a relationship with your tribe. If you’re building a relationship with your tribe, that’s the key.

Then honestly, when you have a relationship with your tribe and they see the value that you’re providing and the amazing results you’re getting your client, the pricing doesn’t matter. At that point, they’re like, “I really need this service that you have. I know you can solve a major problem that I have,” and the money just appears.

We all know that we’re in alignment and we’re working towards the greater good of ourselves. Really, in the greater good of ourselves is what then gets us the ability to serve at an even higher level. That money just appears when you’re there. So if you’re not going to post your pricing, that is my recommendation because you’re trying to build a relationship with your tribe before you say, “Here’s my pricing.”

Again, I work with enough clients to know that people are not just happening upon your website and clicking it and buying what you have. They need to know who you are. They need a relationship. They need to really build trust. And when you have that trust, if your pricing is on your website, fine. If it’s not on your website, it’s not going to matter. It just isn’t going to matter.

So I just wanted to address that. The idea of putting it up there or not is a personal choice. It is a personal choice. I just recommend not doing it because you really need to build that relationship with someone before you’re saying, “This is how much I am,” because that idea of what’s expensive is different for everybody. You may be out there serving, and you’re $100 an hour, and someone goes, “Oh, you’re too expensive.”

I know there are tons of you out there who are charging that price range, which I think is way too little, and people are telling you that you’re too expensive. So expensive is really just a personal opinion. So be careful when you start looking at your pricing and thinking about what other people are going to think because that is just their opinion. If you have real value, then that’s the key – to have value.

For those of you who are just joining in, I was talking earlier this conversation you guys saw in the Facebook group. Someone has said that they wouldn’t contact someone who didn’t have pricing up on their website. To me, that’s kind of sad because that’s limiting their ability to connect with someone who could potentially change their life, but they won’t do it just because there’s no pricing. To me, that’s a little silly because why would we limit ourselves? Why would we limit ourselves in the growth that we could have and the lives that we can touch?

Also in that thread, there was another comment talking about – I’m going to read it – about services are expensive for someone who is barely making it. They’re paycheck-to-paycheck. How does this happen? Good morning, James. How are you? I can’t wait to hear what you’re doing. James is doing awesome stuff.

So they’re talking about the fact that things are too expensive, which is what I was just touching upon. So what’s expensive for one person is not for another. I’m going to read this really quick. They’re really going on about how things are expensive, and they can’t get there. They just can’t afford it, so I’m going to shift gears.

Yes, we’ve been talking about pricing and money, but now I want to talk about the energy of money and the energy of the words that we say and what we believe because our beliefs are the foundation of everything in our life. Our beliefs are what get us to create our business. Our beliefs are what we go by every single day, whether we consciously do it or not, and the unfortunate thing is that most people are unconscious creators.

When we are unconsciously creating, we’re just kind of wreaking havoc, and we’re saying negative things like, “I can’t do this, and I’m in this position, and this person did that to me.” And we’re looking outside of ourselves, and we’re unconsciously creating. And what’s happening is we’re then attracting all that to us, all that negativity. These self-limiting beliefs that we have are what we’re attracting. We all know how the Law of Attraction works. If you feel it, and you believe it, and you say it, it will come to you whether you want it to or not.

So this individual that was talking about, “I can’t afford,” and, “It’s too expensive,” and, “I’m living paycheck-to-paycheck.” I want you to work on thinking about new beliefs about money because clearly this is the issue. There is a scarcity mentality that’s happening there. You’re in scarcity mode about the money coming in, and you don’t have – I mean, in the little post, it’s like, “I can’t afford. I don’t have. I’m paycheck-to-paycheck.” Those words in and of itself are incredibly powerful, and I want you guys to understand that power when you’re talking about money.

The belief that you have that you are living paycheck-to-paycheck, that things are too expensive, that you can’t afford stuff, those are limiting beliefs that you have implanted in yourself and you believe to be true. But we all know, if we’re looking up the Law of Attraction and how things work –  Hello, Anna. I’m glad your flow has improved.

See, this is great. This is the mastery of this that really is a life-changing piece. When we are looking at that money – so we’re talking about having those negative self-limiting beliefs. Those beliefs are really strong, and they’re strong because you probably have a lot of other beliefs that surround that, right? So you’re saying, “I can’t afford that.” You say, “I can’t afford it because I have $10 in my bank account because I only  have part-time work right now. No one’s hiring me.”

There are all these beliefs that support the fact that we think we can’t afford things, or we think things are too expensive, but if we can change those beliefs and know that the universe is there behind us… But it’s only there behind us for what we are feeling. So you’re going to have to shift how you’re looking at money, and this is really not an easy thing. If it was easy everyone would be making millions, and everyone would be financially abundant. We wouldn’t have to worry about it.

But in this society, we have somehow been – we’re under their thumb. “Their thumb.” Just go with it as you will, as the people who are in major control of the money, to be able to hold us down with all these limiting beliefs and getting us in debt and all this other nonsense that needs to happen that’s happening today.

But we what we need to do, we need to be able to look at where you are and look at where you want to go. And you have to be incredibly careful with the words that you’re saying and what you’re feeling around financial abundance because the minute we start talking about things being too expensive or “I don’t have,” that’s exactly what you’re going to attract. You’re going to attract more of that into your life.

So when you’re looking at something and you have to look at it as if it’s already happened, you have to feel as if it’s already happened, and you have to live like that. And again, I know it’s hard when we are in a moment of looking around us, and what we’re looking around at is not what we want. But we have to be able to use that contrast of where we are and what don’t want to move forward. This is so important with money. This is the biggest struggle.

I think everyone in this group at some point in time has come on and said, “I don’t know what to charge. I feel uncomfortable charging. People can’t afford what I’m selling. People don’t value it so they’re not going to want to pay for it.” And we get these self-limiting beliefs about that financial abundance that you’re creating with your spiritual business or even without. Just in general.

So we have to be able to – let’s see. What is Janet saying? “That’s what I do in the subconscious beliefs.” Yup. So she’s in the process of putting up some freebies on her site to make people more aware of how they’re speaking to themselves because this is so important. And so I really am bringing it up because a thread that I had had some negative stuff. “I don’t do this because of that. I can’t afford this.”

And this is, guys, this is not what this group is about. This group is about holding all of us in our highest light. I hold each of you in your highest light every day so that you can go forth and have a shift on this planet, so you can go forth and help with the consciousness change that’s happening and the paradigm shift because that’s what you’re here to do, to be really aware of what you’re saying and what you’re feeling about your situation, about the financial abundance that is coming to you. You have it. It’s already done. You just have to get into alignment with it to bring it forward.

So when we’re looking at other people’s pricing, the reason that we’re talking about this was we’re talking about pricing and putting pricing up on your website or not. Again, those of you who have been through my Spiritual Biz Bootcamp, you know I teach not to do that. I say that because we all have different versions of what expensive is. We all have limiting beliefs around the money, and someone can think $100 is expensive. Someone can think $1,000 is expensive, and we get to $10,000 – $20,000 before we say it’s expensive.

I mean I spend $60,000 a year on my couch. Some people are like, “I don’t even make that in a year.” My idea of what comes around money and what money is and the energy exchange, I don’t see that as expensive. I see that as a huge value and a huge transformational part of my life. Just like my clients who come to me. It’s a huge transformational part of their lives.

So we have to look at, “What does it mean to be expensive?” So it’s okay to not put your pricing up because you’ve got to show them the value of what you’re creating. When you can show your clients and have that relationship and they know what you do is amazing, the money doesn’t really matter. That’s why I say not to put your pricing up on your website. Again, it’s a personal choice. Test it out with your tribe.

Some tribes might love it. Some might not. But if you’ve got people in your tribe that have limiting beliefs about, “Well, I wouldn’t even talk to someone because they don’t have their pricing up,” I don’t think you want to work with them anyways.

So if you guys have any questions about anything we talked about, you can pop them in, but I think that kind of sums it up. You guys, this money thing is huge, and I’m actually in my Spiritual Biz Bootcamp talking more about it. So those of you who don’t know about the bootcamp, it is an awesome, I think, eight-week program where people who are serious – you already have a business, and you’re ready to just take it to a whole other level, super serious about it and serious in investing in who you are and being able to have a huge impact on this planet — then my bootcamp might be for you.

If you aren’t out there living your dream, if you aren’t out there shifting consciousness and doing what you’re supposed to be doing, out there with a gift that source has given to you, then I actually do not know what you’re doing because our only goal and our only reason to be here is to be in our highest alignment with who we are.

So Joanne asked a question. Hello, Joanne. Joanne is joining the bootcamp. So can I speak to financial abundance in a subjective way, as if what if my personal abundance is $200,000 and not $1,000,000? So this is really interesting. Again, this kind of goes back to that idea of what’s expensive. We all have different versions of what is expensive and what our goals are.

So in my Spiritual Biz Bootcamp, we actually interview people before we invite them to join the group because the group is a really spectacular group of people, and I have to know that everyone is on the road to success and really having an impact. So on my application that people fill out, I actually have them fill out a thing that says “What do you want to be making? What is your monthly goal?”

And it’s fascinating to me to see people and what numbers they put in there. Sometimes, I’ll see someone wants to make $1,000, which honestly then I’m not the coach for you because I’m about taking you to $10,000 and beyond a month.

So when I see what people have put in there, it’s fascinating because I can see where they are and where they want to go. And sometimes, I’ll see someone that’s like, “I’m going to make $50,000 a month,” which is totally a doable number. But if they’re only making $1,000 a month and they want to make $50,000 a month, there’s a huge gap. There’s a disconnect.

So this is kind of what Joanne’s asking. If my personal abundance is $200,000 and not $1,000,000, how do we get there? And I think what needs to happen is it has to happen in a kind of slow-growth pattern because when we go from saying, “I’m going to make –” I’m looking at it from an income perspective. I’m going to make $10,000 a month, but maybe I’m making $3,000 or $4,000, which is how most of my clients come in. They’re making a couple thousand. They want to get to $10,000 and beyond. That is a reasonable jump.

But if someone is making $1,000 a month and they want to make $50,000, that gap is actually almost too big for us to handle. There’s something inside of us with our beliefs that thinks that that’s just a little bit too far. So it goes back to working on a belief system, a belief system of, “What is my personal abundant number?” What is that number?

And so if you’re currently at $200,000 and you say, “Okay I want to make $200,000 a year,” and that, to you, feels really abundant, when you begin to get closer to that number, then you’re going to stretch yourself because you’re always going to want to be stretching to the next level. That’s that expansion. That’s where the universe thrives on what we do as we expand.

So as you get closer to that number, you’re like, “Okay now where do you want to go?” What’s the next number? So it has to kind of happen in increments. Because if you’re like, “Okay I want to have $1,000,000 a year,” and you’ve never done that and it feels really far, and it sounds awesome, but there’s a disconnect with our beliefs between where we are and how we’re going to get there, which is why, if you look at people who win the lottery, people say, “I want to win the lottery,” and suddenly they get $10 million, $20 million or more, then it’s gone. And it’s gone because they don’t have the belief system. They don’t have the structure in place of their beliefs to see that that money is there for good, and it’s not just going to disappear.

When you’re in scarcity mode, you’re always in this like scrambling mode, right? Like, “I needs this money. I need that money,” and it kind of runs through fast because we’re in scarcity mode. We’re attracting that, right? We’re in scarcity mode. We attract that, and the money just goes. You don’t even know where it went when you’re in scarcity mode.

That’s what happens with people who win the lottery. They’re like, “Oh my god. This is amazing,” but they don’t have a belief structure in place for them to be able to know that that money is going to be there, and they can do something with that money. They start thinking about, “Okay how long is this going to last? What if I did this? What if I did that?” And there’s no more money. And the next thing you know, they have no money.

So that’s because there was a huge jump from living, from being paycheck-to-paycheck to winning the lottery. The gap is too big, and your belief structure is not in place to get you there. So when you’re trying to go from $200,000-a-year abundant mind frame to $1,000,000-a-year mind frame, you need to build a belief structure that lets you know that you can get there. And that belief structure is something I cover a lot in the bootcamp.

That belief structure is key because I could tell you you can do it. I can show you that I’ve done it. I could show you all sorts of things, and I could give you every single step that you need to reach that goal, which is what I do in the bootcamp, but if you don’t have the belief structure in place, it won’t happen. It can’t happen because you’re attracting the negative piece with that worry and that scarcity. It doesn’t manifest.

So it’s so important. So Joanne, I hope I answered that question. As you start the bootcamp in the next few weeks, you will see more of that as we talk about that belief structure and getting that in place. So Anna had a question: “In your bootcamp, you discuss how to create a pricing structure for different services.” Absolutely. So the bootcamp is… It’s pretty intense, which is why it’s called the bootcamp. It’s really about creating the foundation for your business when you are serious about just taking it to a whole other level.

So if you’re just starting out and haven’t had any paying clients, the bootcamp is not for you. Stay in here. Learn all the things that I teach. But if you’ve got clients, you’re in the process, you know what you teach, you’re an expert at what you do, and you’re ready to be like, “I’m ready to really step out. I’m ready to do $10,000 a month and plus,” then that’s the bootcamp. That’s where you need to be. And know that you’re investing in yourself. You’re feeding the tree. You’re giving the seed, which is your brain child. You’re giving that seed nutrients so that it blooms, and you can serve the planet because that’s what it’s really all about.

So and Joanne, you’re welcome. Anna, I hope that answered your question about the bootcamp. We get you very focused, get your signature program in, and really building your tribe and getting you out there, so you’re a success. And hello, Victor. So I think that’s it, guys. Just remember, when someone says something’s expensive, that’s their opinion.

Do not set your pricing based off other people’s opinions. That’s not how it works. Your pricing is based off of the value that you’re delivering to your tribe. That’s the most important piece. And it’s not the value of you. It’s the value of the solution that you’re providing for your tribe. And when you’re looking at putting your pricing up on your website or not, it’s a personal choice.

I’m thinking about one other thing I want to touch upon actually because I kind of just glanced down at the pricing thing someone had written about. She doesn’t contact someone about their services if there’s no pricing because she knows she’ll be getting a ‘sales pitch’. I can’t believe I didn’t address this earlier. The “sales pitch.” Guys, if you aren’t selling what you do, what in the world are you doing? Seriously?

The sales piece of it, that’s how you serve. There is such a misnomer about sales. “Oh, sales is bad.” Sales is how you run your business. Sales is how you serve. If you’re not selling, you’re not serving because that’s the connection point.

So you guys, when you think of “sales pitch,” first of all, when you’re receiving that and it feels pitchy, it’s because you’re out of alignment, and you’re going down a path where you maybe shouldn’t be. But if someone is there to serve you – and guys, when you’re creating your businesses like I teach in the bootcamp, it’s all about how to serve at the highest level. When you’re serving someone, you’re not pitching anything, which is why I talk to you guys about creating your relationship with your tribe.

When you have a relationship, there’s no pitch. There is no pitching. Sales is service. If you are not selling, you are not serving. I cannot be more clear on that. So you guys have this “sales pitch” thing. You need to get past your limiting belief because you cannot be a successful business person if you aren’t out there selling. But selling is service. You have to do it from a place of, “How do I serve you?” “How do I get you the best results?” “How do I change your life?”

When you’re changing someone’s life, there’s no sales. There’s no pitch. There’s no uncomfortableness. That is a business. I had to throw that out there because it drives me absolutely insane when I see people talking about the “sales pitch.” If you’re not selling, if you just have your pricing up on your website and you’re not selling, you’re not serving, guys, because your business is the vehicle in which to serve thousands and thousands of people.

If you aren’t serving thousands and thousands, what are you doing? You guys have a gift. You have got to be out there with it. Because what is it costing you? We had someone on the phone the other day, and we actually asked the question, “What’s it costing you to not have your business out there?” And her answer was her happiness.

So if you’re not happy and just waking up in a “Hell, yeah!” every day, knowing that you’re living your purpose, you really got to look at what you’re doing, and you have to figure out how to build the vehicle, which is the business to get out there to serve thousands with your gift. To do that, you’re going to have to sell. Selling does not have to be icky. It does not have to be a pitch. But that is how you build your business.

So, all right, on that note… That one always drives me crazy. I think I got everything. So let’s see. Anna says – has paying clients, but not on a regular basis. She desires a consistent flow of clients. Well, that’s what I teach, you guys. I teach in the bootcamp, how do you bring in that consistent flow of clients? I show you a system to do it so you have clients coming in all the time. I have leads and clients coming in every single day, and I’m here to serve.

If you’re not serving clients all the time, you’re not bringing in new clients, you’re really not serving. You’re sitting at home going, “How do I get these clients?” If you have this amazing gift, you’re like, “How do I get out there?”

So if you had some paying clients, guys, and you’re serious about investing in yourself and your business and taking it to a whole other level, then we can chat. I’ll put the link here, and you guys, if you haven’t seen my free training, watch the free training. I’ll put the link, and then there’s a way to book an appointment to chat with me.

Yeah, I don’t have my pricing up on my website either. Joanne, yes, believe in what we do. It involves so many. You guys are all here for a purpose. And if you’re not living your purpose, you really have to figure out, “What am I doing?” because that’s what you’re going to do. So all right, guys. I think that was it.

I talked longer than I thought I was going to. So you guys have beautiful day, a beautiful weekend. I’ll see you guys in the group next week. We’ll have a new training, and I’ll pick a topic that comes up. If you have questions, pop them in the group. I’ll hop in and answer, and I will see you guys on the next one. Watch the free training. I’ll put the link below. If you think you’re fit, reach out, and we will chat. Have a beautiful day, guys. Bye-bye.
