Hello, everybody. Hello my Spiritual Biz Success people and everyone else that’s watching, Boot Camp peeps and everyone out there. So welcome to — what’s today? Today is Tuesday. It’s a beautiful Tuesday here in Los Angeles, a little rainy, a little cold. But we are here today to talk about success and what is it that separates the people who are kind of successful and really successful? And not only what separates them, but really, how do you get out there and serve more?

The one thing I hear from spiritual entrepreneurs all the time is, “How do I serve more people?” Right? We always want to serve, and we’re trying to figure out how to get out there and do it in a bigger way. We get confused. We get stuck. We don’t know. We know we have some amazing gift that we need to get out there so that we can serve in a huge way. But if you are not out there, no one knows what you’re doing.

So let’s talk about that. Let’s talk about service and how do you get out there and serve big because I think what’s happening now is spiritual entrepreneurs are playing way too small, and if you want to serve on a really big level and have a huge impact on this planet, you’ve got to start to think bigger. So if we take the idea of, “How do we serve? How do we grow? How do we get bigger? What do we need to do to do that? How do you go from serving 10 people to serving thousands of people, to millions of people, to really having an impact and a ripple effect on the planet?” Well, the first thing you need is you need to actually have a business.

And I know this is tough because a lot of times we say, “Well, spirituality and business…” We’re trying to figure out, “How do we put that together? How do we make that happen so that it comes together and we can serve more?” Without being able to create a business, we don’t have that business in place as a vehicle in which get out there and serve people. You’re playing small. And it’s tough. I know it’s tough. How do we break down those ideas of where we are and where we want to go?

So we’re talking about service, and we want to be able to serve a really big level. The number one thing that we need to think about is, “How do we reach more people?” And we’re going to reach more people by actually creating a business around your gift and what you do because it’s time to really step out. We all know that we are consciousness shifters, right?

We’re here to help everybody get out there and change their consciousness, and we can’t do it from sitting in our living room. We can’t do it by just helping the neighbors with what we have, our gifts, our insights, our ideas. And if you really want to have a consciousness shift on this planet, you want to be part of that, you have to create a business. The business is the vehicle that you can use to get out there and change thousands of lives.

Without that vehicle, it’s fantastic to help the person down the street. Yes, that’s beautiful. But when you have the vehicle that you can create and build to be able to help thousands of people, now you’re having a really big impact. So you need to think about, “How am I creating my business?” And with a business, yes we know there’s an energy exchange. We get all tied up with the idea of spirituality and money. Money is just energy And if you can get that through your heads – because it’s really hard.

I actually just had a really interesting conversation with someone via Facebook Messaging because they didn’t like putting a price on their gifts. Well, we’re not putting a price on your gift, but you are putting a price on the results that you give your clients. And the difference is that they aren’t paying you for your expertise; they aren’t paying you for your time; they’re paying you for the results that you can give them. When you charge, when there’s this energy exchange of money between what you’re giving and what you’re receiving and that balance is there, it’s a beautiful thing.

When you charge your clients more for what you’re giving them, for the outcome that you’re providing, they will actually value that outcome more than if you gave it to them for free. So ask yourselves, how many of you guys out there – and feel free to pop stuff down into the questions. I can see your questions and stuff down here. So if you guys want to say anything and comment, feel free.

But think of the last time you helped someone for free. What did they do with that? They were like, “Cool, that was great,” and then walk away. And maybe they used the information they gave you, maybe they didn’t. I don’t know how many times I’ve given people amazing business advice and how to create their business, and I do it for free. They just don’t hear. They’re not ready to receive.

But when someone’s ready to receive the information that you have and they’re committed to doing it, they are willing to do an energy exchange, that energy exchange of money, and then they will be really committed to taking the information that you gave them and really using it and changing their lives. So if you really want to have a bigger impact, if you really want to serve, first we need to be able to have a business because that’s how you’re going to reach more people.

You’re not reaching more people sitting in your house trying to figure this out. You want to reach more people, get on the Internet, get out there in a big way, be speaking. You want to have that ripple effect? You need to have a business. And so you need to have a business, and you have to be willing and able and understand the law of abundance with the energy exchange that what you give, you must receive, and everything must be in balance.

So you have to not be giving your gift away for free, which means that now you have an actual business. So if you want to serve on a really big level, that’s the first thing you need to do. So now, let’s just say, “Okay, great.” You’ve gotten the idea, “I’m going to have a business. I’m really going to do this. I have an amazing gift, and I want to get out there.” So maybe you’ve been dabbling a little bit, which dabbling serves nobody. It doesn’t serve you. It doesn’t serve the people that are waiting for your gift.

So if you’re dabbling, now you’re going to make the decision, “I’m going to have an actual business,  and I’m going to charge,” again, not what you’re worth because this has nothing to do with your worth. This has everything to do with the result that you’re giving your clients. So you’re going to charge based on the result. You’re going to give them something amazing, and they’re going to give you an energy exchange for it.

So now we’ve gotten those two things down. Now, we have to think about, “Okay, I’m going to create a business. I’m going to charge, and I’m out there.” And you’re getting people, and you’re kind of like talking about it, and you’re starting your business, and it’s kind of humming along. Now, what is the difference between the person who’s making $1,000 or $5,000 or 10,000 a month or even $50,000 a month to $100,000 a month? What separates those people?

There are some really key things, and it’s not what you think, all right? You’re going to venture to guess. So the first thing that separates those people is commitment because starting a business is not easy. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Everybody in this group – there are over 5,000 spiritual entrepreneurs in this Spiritual Biz Success group — every single one of them would be making six, seven figures a year if it was easy. But it’s not.

It takes commitment because you’re going to move forward, and then you’re going to move backwards. So you’re going to have these setbacks. And only if you are committed will you stick it out and make it happen. There are  a lot of people out there who say, “I want to serve.” Everybody says, “I want to serve. I want to help. I want to help people,” but they aren’t making the effort to actually get out there and do it. They are not committed to creating a business to get out there and really change lives.

So the difference between the person who is struggling making $1,000 or $2,000 a month and the person that’s making $10,000, $20,000, $50,000 a month, the first thing is commitment. They are 1,000% committed. No matter what happens, they dust themselves off. They see the failure — which there is no failure. It’s just a way for – I think – the Universe is asking us, “How badly do you want it?” And you adjust and you keep going.

So if you’re 1,000% committed, that’s the difference between the person who’s making $1,000 or $2,000 a month and the person making $10,000, $20,000, and $50,000 a month because we all have the same resources, and it’s all right there for us. It’s, “How do we use it and how committed are we to making the steps to get out there to really have an impact?”

So you have to ask yourself how committed are you. Are you letting the regular everyday nonsense stuff get in the way – or your fears get in the way – of where you want to go of your goal? They love you. They’re showing you how amazing you are and how much they love you so that is that energy exchange. So when you’re only making $1,000 a month – thank you. Video froze.

So that commitment to be there… Okay, so now we’re talking about service. So with that commitment and creating that extra abundance, it’s also how many people you’re serving. So the energy exchange of money is just showing you how much people love you. When you do something amazing, people are willing to give you a lot of money for that. If what you’re doing is kind of mediocre, you’re not going to pay very much for it. So think about that.

So as you value what you do, you’re going to be getting a better energy exchange for what you’re doing and you’re going to be creating more financial abundance. So the person that’s making $1,000 a month might be serving five, six people a month maybe. And the person that’s making $10,000 a month is now serving 100 people. And now the person making $50,000 or $100,000 a month is now serving thousands. So if you want to have a greater impact, you have to also think in terms of dollars because we – again that energy exchange. When people love what you’re doing and you’re doing amazing things, you can create that financial abundance.

As you create that financial abundance, I always say it’s not about buying a bunch of stuff. It’s about turning it around and giving it back. So not only would you have a huge impact with the business where you’re making $20,000, $30,000 a month, not only would you be creating financial abundance for yourself so you can be the best version of you, you would also be creating financial abundance to then give back. You can help build a new school, feed families, whatever you want to do with that money to give back. So there’s a ripple effect, and then the ripple effect of taking your amazing gift and sharing it with people who need it.

So this is a really big like-mind shift. We have to see that how creating the financial abundance is all about that ripple effect. It’s about, “How many more people can you serve?” So now, we’ve got those things. They’ve got a business. They’re willing to do the energy exchange. They’re 1,000% committed, and they obsess about their dream. They how they tweak things and how they’re going to serve and how they’re going to get out there and really be  focusing on their business. How do I make this a business and get it out there?

And then, the fifth thing is that they ask for help. How often have you tried to do something, and then you get frustrated, and you can’t get it quite figured out, and then you just quit and you never go back to it? How many times have you done that? But if you had someone where you could go and ask them a question and raise your hand and say, “Hey, I have a question about X, Y, and Z,” and someone says, “Oh, here’s the answer,” and it takes them two seconds to give you the answer because they have the information, that’s huge.

So the more questions that you ask, the more insight that you get, the faster your business will grow. I think Tony Robbins says the quality of your life is based on the quality of your questions. So the more questions you ask, the more information you will get. So asking questions is a huge part of success. It’s really a big piece that I think we kind of overlook because we think, “I’m just going to get really busy,” and we put our heads down, and we’re going to work on it and what we need to do.

But what you really need to be doing is asking questions and asking questions from an expert, whether it’s your mentor, and asking questions in a group. I know in my Spiritual Biz Boot Camp the people that ask the most questions are actually moving at the fastest rate, and I know they’re moving at the fastest rate because they’re constantly trying to get new information from  me on where things are going so that they can build their business faster and better.

And the last thing with this is that they are also 100% responsible for their own actions, and they get that. They know that. They own it because the minute we start to look outside of ourselves as to why something didn’t work or why we’re not making the six figures, it just doesn’t work. It always goes to hell in a hand basket. You need to be able to take 100% responsibility for yourself and your business and your daily life.

We know that, but it’s so much easier to look at someone else. “Well, you didn’t tell me that.” Or, “You should’ve said this, or you could’ve done that.” It’s too easy, but it’s such a cop out. And anyone who blames and points the finger in another direction will never really be successful because they’ll never take ownership for where they are. So you have to be able to take 100% ownership and responsibility for where you are.

So right now, in your business, if you are not where you want to be, the only thing you could do is look at yourself and just ask yourself why am I not where I want to be? It’s totally, totally you. It’s really tough, but it’s you. It’s your vibration. It’s what you’re doing. How much time are you spending? Everybody has 168 hours in a week, right? Everybody has the exact same amount of time. What are you doing with that time? How dedicated are you? How committed?

Are you obsessing with your business, or are you allowing the day-to-day stuff to come in and basically steal your dream? What are you letting stand in the way of your dream? Because it’s only you. You could only look at you. I can give you the most amazing marketing information. I can give you the whole path, but if you aren’t willing to take responsibility for you and be in the right vibrational level and be committed to getting it, then it doesn’t work.

When I interview people from the Boot Camp – because I’m pretty particular about who I let into Spiritual Biz Boot Camp – when I let people into that, I’ve gone through like an hour-and-a-half interview with them to make sure that they have the right frame of mind that they’re ready to do it. They have to be willing to take responsibility for themselves, and they have to be able to look and say, “What am I doing that I can change to make my life amazing? What can I do to change me so I can serve more?”

The only way you’re going to serve on a really big level is having the business and being committed to getting it out there. The more successful you are, the more lives that you change. You’re going to sit at home and kind of, you know, piddle around with it and just go to the local bookstore and do a reading here or coach this person from work, and that’s it. You’re just dabbling, and you’re not serving anybody.

You have a gift. I want to shake people sometimes. What are you doing with your life if you are not serving people? What are you doing? Because something is terribly wrong if you’re going through your life every day and you’re not giving it from a place of service. So if you are not taking that gift and creating your business and getting out there and changing thousands of lives, you have to stop and ask yourself, “What the hell am I doing?” I mean, sorry, sorry for the language, but it’s true.

It’s like what are you doing? Why are you here? We keep saying, “Oh, I’m here to serve. I just want to help. I want to help. I want to serve.” Well you’re not serving anybody sitting at home talking about it. You’re not serving anyone thinking about it and joining 20,000 Facebook groups and saying, “How can I do this and how can I do this on the cheap?”

You have to step up and say, “I’m 1,000% committed to serve.” If you were really that committed to serving, which spiritual entrepreneurs tell me all the time, “Well, I just want to help and serve,” If you’re really that committed, then you need to get up off your rear and create the business that you need to be creating to reach thousands of lives. It’s the only way to do it.

You need to be able to get out there and really show them who you are. Show the gift that you have and be able to say, “Yes, I’m here. I’m here for you,” because there are people… I heard this great quote the other day from my mentor that there are people out there praying for the gift that you have. They are waiting for the gift that you have. It’s there. They’re looking for you. You can solve a problem for them, and they’re waiting for that.

So the smaller that you play and the longer that you wait, the longer people are waiting for the solution that they could have if you stepped up and created your business and got out there to really serve, that you could help them. So I really want you guys to think about that. This is really important. Clearly, I’m very passionate about it because this is how we serve. This is how we change the world, and we know, right now, there needs to be a consciousness shift on this planet. We know it.

So to be able to shift the consciousness of people, you have to get out there and touch them. It’s so important. I can’t stress it enough how important it is for you to be able to step up and make that commitment to yourself. This is your gift to yourself to be able to live your purpose and get out there and change lives because it’s so important, so important. I’m going to look at some of the things. I already have one other – you know what, let me just cover this real quick. I talked longer than I thought, but here’s another thing about successful people when you’re ready to get out there and do this.

This is the Success Cycle. Can you guys see that? I hope you can see that, straight, this direction. There we go. So I wanted you to take a look at this. First, we have beliefs. Everything starts with your belief. So when you’re trying to create your business and get out there, it’s like, “What’s the difference in the beliefs between a person that’s making $1,000 a month and serving five people and the beliefs of the people that are serving thousands of people a month and making, you know $50,000, $100,000 a month?” What’s the difference in their belief system?

Your beliefs, if you have empowering beliefs, they will get you to the next step. The next step is the potential. There, so you have your beliefs, and your beliefs really create the potential for you to move forward. So if I have these amazing beliefs that, “Success is my destiny. People want what I have. They’re waiting for my gifts. The universe has my back. I have to do this,” those beliefs give me huge potential because I know that I can go out there and have a really big impact.

So we go from potential here to intelligent action. So now, if I have this huge potential and I’ve got these beliefs that are backing me, that gets me to take the next step and take action because we can meditate on this stuff all day. We have not quite mastered – I know it’s possible. I think it is, anyways. It’s a way for us to, in our own mind, be able to create, and we manifest all sorts of things. We are creators of our reality, but can’t quite make or move mountains by ourselves just yet.

We’re going to need a huge consciousness shift on that. So we still need to actually take action. Now we need to be in alignment with that action. And you guys who are doing a lot of action in your business and not seeing results, go back to your beliefs. Because if your beliefs — somehow you think, “Technology’s too hard. This is tough. It takes too much money to start a business. I don’t have any money. Who’s going to want my services?” Those beliefs will never get you results. So it all starts over here.

So if you can start with these beliefs and then get to your potential and then take your intelligent action, that action’s going to get you this last piece, which is the results. You can’t get results without all of the other stuff in front of it. If your beliefs are kind of screwy and wobbly and they’re not strong, you can’t get the results. It’s all tied together. All tied together. Without those beliefs, nothing else works, which is why I talk to you guys so much about mind shifting and thinking about money and that creating a business is a way to serve.

It’s not about just creating money to go have great vacations. Fantastic, but you’re here to serve with that money. So it all ties in. That’s the success circle. You have to have the beliefs to give you the potential to then take the intelligent action to then get the results. So that is the full circle.

I don’t normally recommend that, especially when I’m working with my clients, and we take their prices way up. You take your prices way up, sometimes it’s better to chat with them together.
